I Love Bein' a Girl!
My birthday is Sunday, but my wonderful friend, Julie, took me out for tea this afternoon to celebrate a li'l early! We went to the Milk and Honey tea room in Tampa, and it was amazing! The owner was so sweet, even brought out the little girls in us, encouraging us to pick out and wear bright hats and feather boas while we ate! I truly felt so special. Here are some pix from my playful (and yummy) afternoon!

Julie decorated the box herself! What a creative gal...

Inside was all kinds of fun, girly stuff!

Then, of course, I cried when I read the sweet card she gave me. :)

Like our hats??

Time for tea! Okay, so it was actually Julie's tea...mine was iced, but we wanted an authentic look for the photo!

I love...LOVE...this picture of Julie.

Even the salt and pepper shakers were tiny!

And now for the sandwiches...mmmm. So good, and so tiny, yet so filling!

This one's probably my favorite! Julie took a pic of me holding my cute li'l heart-shaped sandwich, and when I thought she was done, I took a bite. But then she goes, "Wait! I didn't like that one, let's do it again." This is my sheepish, "Too late! Already took a bite!" face. Heehee.
It really was a wonderful afternoon. I'm so blessed to have so many wonderful friends in my life! Thank you, Julie!! Hmm...wonder what fun things I'll get to do on my ACTUAL birthday... :D
